Website Refund & Exchange Process

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. However, refunds will not be honoured based on a change of mind, so please choose carefully. 

Exchange for online purchase
Orders made online can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase as long as the products are in their original packaging.


To return or exchange your ORIGANI product please provide the following:


For purchases made at an ORIGANI store boutique or another retail outlet, please contact the retailer directly for their return and exchange policy.


For items purchased at the ORIGANI website, please provide the following:

  1. Contact Customer Service at info@origaninewzealand.com;
  2. Provide original proof of purchase;
  3. Ensure the product is in original, undamaged, unopened packaging and resalable condition;
  4. Any promotional gifts included with the purchased product, in undamaged and unopened packaging;
  5. Ensure that your product is returned within 7 days of contacting Customer Service;

Please note: We do not refund or exchange if you change your mind on sale items.




What if I receive an ORIGANI product as a gift, but I would like to change it for something else?

What if my product is damaged or faulty?

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is incorrect or faulty, we will happily organise a replacement once the original item has been returned.

What if I return a product one day after the 7 or 30-day term, but there was a public holiday during the period? Does the holiday count as a “day”?

"Days" mean calendar days, which includes weekends and public holidays.
